Weddings
One address for the whole day — first look, ceremony, dinner and last dance, with no shuttling guests across town between them.
Our main hall seats three hundred at round tables and still leaves room for a proper dance floor, a head table, and a bar that does not create a bottleneck. Couples typically hold the ceremony at the north end of the room, then we flip the space during cocktail hour while your guests are with us at the bar.
You are welcome to bring your own caterer, your own cake, and your own beverages — an unusual amount of freedom for a venue this size, and the single thing couples tell us saved them the most money.
We stay on site for the entire event. Someone who knows the building, the breaker panel, and the load-in door is always within earshot.

Tour and hold
A private, unhurried walkthrough. If the date is open, we hold it while you decide — no pressure on the spot.
Booking
A signed agreement and a 25% deposit secure the date. The balance is due closer to the event.
Planning check-ins
Floor plan, timeline and vendor logistics reviewed with you, as many times as you need it.
Event day
The room is set before you arrive, and one of us is on site from load-in to the last chair stacked.
